Omni Healthcare - Celebrating 10 Years in Business

In August 2014 Omni Healthcare celebrated 10 years in business. From humble beginnings, we have developed to become a leading healthcare equipment solution provider.

Omni Healthcare has grown from a small team of 3 in 2004 to a team of 17 dedicated, hard working and loyal staff members working from our Ballarat and Warrnambool stores.

Highlights:

2004 – Omni Healthcare opened the doors of its original store at 204 Creswick Road Ballarat

2006 – Omni Healthcare became an approved DVA Rehabilitation Appliance Program sub-contractor (for The Country Care Group).

2007 – Omni Healthcare become the first Victorian member of Australia’s largest healthcare equipment buying group - Peak Care.

2009 – Opening of Omni Healthcare's second store at 11 Fairy Street Warrnambool.

2010 – Omni Healthcare re-located its Ballarat operations to a new, purpose-built, warehouse and showroom facility at 206 Creswick Road Ballarat.

2012 – Finalist in the Innovation & Entrepreneurial category at the Ballarat Business Awards.

2014 – Omni Healthcare achieved third party quality accreditation (ISO 9001:2008).

Omni Healthcare’s growth over the past 10 years has been fuelled by a combination its extensive range of quality products, a dynamic approach and the excellent service provided to customers. Omni Healthcare continues to win a significant amount of new business as a result of referrals from existing clients.

Whilst we are extremely proud of what we have achieved over the past decade, we recognise that we must continue to look at ways to improve and grow our business.

We would sincerely like to thank everyone that has supported us along the way. The health professionals we work alongside, our customers, subcontractors, suppliers and industry colleagues. Thank you for the ongoing relationships, dedication, support and trust you've placed in us.
